#HUGIRL Heads to Ghent, Belgium Gallery

The votes are in! We are thrilled to announce the winners of our exhibition collaboration done in partnership with our friends at Artcrush Gallery. Competition for this open call was tough - our community of curators selected 10 winners from more than 260 submissions 🤯

These mesmerizing digital masterpieces are currently on display in historic Ghent, Belgium, and will be through June 8. Get a closer look and be sure to extend a warm congratulations through out Twitter post below ⤵️

Nhefertiti is a digital illustrator with a background in architecture whose works explore themes of femininity, inner worlds, and feelings. As the Meta Angels x Adobe Artist-in-Residence for May, we commissioned her to create art as a gift to our holders. If you hold a HUG Pass or Meta Angels NFT, you can claim Imaginarium for free plus gas through June 7.

Not only is Nhefertiti our Artist-in-Residence for May, she’s also our final recipient for the program. While this program is ending, the legacy will live on. Be sure to follow along for updates on how we’ll be reimagining this scholarship!

What are HUG Raffles?

To make art more accessible and remove financial barriers, HUG purchases or commissions art directly from artists to give to our community in exchange for HUG Points, which you can earn through supporting artists and contributing to HUG. Our first HUG Raffle took place over the holidays.

How do I claim art with a HUG Raffle?

Visit our HUG Points Redemption page while logged in. If you have enough HUG Points, you’ll be able to enter a raffle. HUG Points are only deducted from your account if you do win a raffle.
